Position Specific Information:
Job Goal: Provides direction, management, and leadership in the administrative business planning, accounting, purchasing, budgeting, fiscal reporting, treasury functions, risk management, retirement funds, and automation efforts of Choice Schools. Work is performed in accordance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board gui dance, federal and state regulatory agencies, and other statutory requirements pertaining to sole owner limited liability company and public school academies in Michigan.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of public school finance, budget procedures and policies is required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with school personnel, building administrators, teachers and community members. The ability to present and deliver analytical data in an articulate manner to a variety of audiences, including oral presentations and written reports. Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative culture.
