Description:

The ideal candidate must be an independent, self-starter who will work directly with the Managing Director and other leaders of the firm to develop, implement and manage the firm’s overall marketing strategy. This position is responsible for recommending and implementing marketing strategies, managing programs and activity dedicated to marketing the firm’s services; ensuring the effectiveness of marketing materials such as the website, newsletter and print/electronic documents.

Duties:

  • Develop the overall marketing plans and budget
  • Develop, implement and maintain the firm marketing calendar
  • Develop actions plans, timelines, and marketing materials (invitations, letters of explanation and materials for co-sponsors, thank you notes and other follow-up mailings) for major Apparel/Textile, Real Estate, International and Health Care events.
  • Advise and assist indivi dual team members with marketing goals and evaluate efforts; make recommendations to team members and to management to increase accountability and results
  • Identify marketing opportunities and follow-up; track results to increase accountability
  • Develop materials for prospecting folders – service profiles, brochures, promotional items, etc.; write cover letters
  • Write, format, and edit newsletter
  • Develop/coordinate marketing training for team members; provide marketing training
  • Provide new team member marketing training, orientation
  • Update web site, assure compliance approval
  • Create ads, determine placement, contract for advertising
  • Determine appropriate trade shows/conventions to attend, contract for booth or other setup; determine marketing materials
  • Collect testimonials; assist with writing; develop plan for using
  • Write news releases and articles on the firm and team member accomplishments
  • Survey or interview targeted clients each year
  • Evaluate and report implications to team with plan for follow-up or suggested actions
  • Develop plan for advertising compliance filing process for offices
  • Assure compliance of all advertising and promotional materials
